Help needed from the astonauts

Hi all
Planning a road trip up to Scotland and looking for recommendations for good hotels and food with car parking , did prestonfield , rocpool Inverness and turnberry last year just looking for ideas this year !

Lol it’s more guided by the hotels but probably from Edinburgh up to Inverness and then back down !
East coast to Inverness then back down the west side

Thanks for the comments guys last year I did turnberry up the side of Loch Lomond to Inverness and then down to Edinburgh via balmoral old military road which was 3 night away and 1/2 day of driving home at each end , the nc500 is too far for a short trip like this so just wanted some recommendations of good hotels and car parks in this area but doing it the other way around to see what I saw in the rear view mirror the last time
