Walk away from this one?

I now have the money for my first Aston. One of the cars I'm looking at was originally registered in Jersey until 2014 (now back in UK) and had a new engine fitted in 2016 (8,000 miles now done on the new engine). It is a 2009 DB9, 470bhp, 24k and being sold by an Independent dealer.

Is this a "walk away from it" Aston, or shouldn't these details worry me?

I was thinking about when it comes to reselling it (difficulty and value).
