No heated rear window, no parking sensors

As per the title, the heated rear window and the rear parking sensors do not work on my 2007 V8V. The led lights on the switches for both do come on but that is all. It seems to be more than coincidence that both are out of operation, so anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for the input both, it's a good shout. It's a little late for me to go & have a look now, so I will have a go tomorrow and report back.

Update - both fuses turned out to be ok. Heated rear window issue seemed to be where the spade terminals on the screen connect to the loom, just a little 'corrosion' I guess, as the problem disappeared after moving the spades around a little.

The parking sensor is probably a duff sensor. I've another on order, so will know for certain once I've replaced it. By the way, all the reading I've done indicates that you need to get the bumper off to change the outer sensors. My hands aren't necessarily small, but I managed it without removing it.
