So, finally got new rear discs coming from Autodoc, pads from Porterfields, new calliper bolts from Aston bits (and new wheel centres)... I have a question though, I’m Now getting a clunk-clunk from what sounds like rear near side, don’t know if this is related to low rear pads, wheel bearing (usually whine in my experience) or something more sinister... I’ll get her up in the air this coming week and investigate, but it’s deffo a knock knock that’s commensurate with road speed.. any thoughts chaps?
TIA Richard

Discs should come with brand new retaining screws - HOWEVER ! mine were slightly proud of the hub face, i.e the countersunk hole on the mating face to the wheel, that the screws screw through, wasn't deep enough. I ended up taking 1mm or so off each screw with a file.

You don't want the screws to sit proud otherwise you'll be chasing your tail for months and £££ trying to get rid of the steering wheel shimmy.
Good info! Discs arrived this afternoon but not opened yet so not checked for retaining screws... in the meantime here’s a relevant piccy biggrin

How much did you pay for the centres and pads?
Cheers,
Hi Gary, Pads were £183.52 direct from Porterfield in the UK and wheels centres were £63.85 including 20% VAT plus £6.25 shipping (which included 4 rear caliper bolts) from Aston Bits...

I was initially going for Textar pads but all the suppliers I could find were out of stock...
