Hi guys:

Does anyone have any experience with AM Boston? I bought my car elsewhere, so I just need them for parts and service. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks

Edit: Sorry - I meant Norwood, not Needham.

Paulrog1 - Hi. I'm based in Massachusetts near Worcester. I'm about an hour outside of Boston and an hour from the dealership in Needham.

I think you will receive more informative responses if you ask on 6speed which is mostly forum members from our side of the pond. There are a few members from Boston, Brighton, etc that have had service there and can fill you in. They can also recommend independent garages if your DB11 is out of warranty.

I spend my summers in Maine and at some point will have to have some service done as well.
Is that 6speedonline.com? I'll have to open an account over there and inquire, Yes, my car is out of warranty 12/1/20. I've inquired around about independent garages and they've all said no to working on my Aston. They said it's just not worth it. I've gotten my Audi indy to commit to oil changes on the DB and that was it. biggrin

I tried opening an account over there. It thinks that I'm a spammer or something (3rd party verifier). It wants me to contact the 6speedonline management to clear it up. Maybe when I have some time.

It is what it is. Aston Martin Boston is 26 miles away and the next closest is Miller Motor Cars in Greenwich, CT at 133 miles away.

I've been having a real hard time with them ordering/getting parts. They don't answer the phones and they don't return your phone calls. It's taken forever to get the parts in (Aston's fault maybe?). Once the parts finally came in, I've been trying to schedule a service appointment to install them. Again, nobody answers/returns phone calls.

The dealership is primarily Cadillac. I feel like the Aston customers take a back seat to them. Not a good overall experience for a marquee auto brand. I've never set foot in the place either - it's all been by phone so far.
