3 discs to Davos (sat nav)??

Just looked at the sat nav info, it seems I need sepaate discs for France and then Germany/Switzerland/Italy.
Off to Stelvio and the mountain passes this weekend amd home via the Italian lakes. Any top tips re the sat nav, apart from take the Tom Tom. In a 08 Roadster so all the roof down stuff could see me soaked. Thinking of shoving in the Switzerland /Italy disc and seeing what happens. Anyone with experience of this?
