Running A DB7 V12 Vantage

Asking this on behalf of my uncle, who is interested in changing his car for a DB7 V12 Vantage. He's currently got an immaculate 20k mile E46 BMW M3 CSL, and would therefore have whatever that would sell for to spend. Let's say £30k.
He doesn't race about the road and never does any track days, so the CSL isn't really ideal for him (he only bought it because my dad owned it beforehand!). He's always loved the DB7 and thinks it will suit how he uses his car much better than the M3.
What are the servicing costs / intervals like and I'm assuming a good independent is just as trusted as a main dealer? Where would be the best place in Essex for maintenance?
