Evening all, I am normally a Bmw m car guy, but purchased a mitsubishi evo 6 a few weeks back.
What a hoot to drive! the steering is so good, better than my m3!

Sorry about the tangent Daviekiwi, hopefully it will confirm that you’ve made a great choice!
Thanks for that, loving it so far? it has a bit of drama about it when your out for a drive.
It has a much lighter, tinny feel than my e46 M3, but i think that add's to the experience!

I thought about the Reims blue a lot when I ordered my 6 GSR. in 1999, I liked it because it reminded me of 964 RSs but I chickened out and went for safe silver

When I sold to buy my RSX (RS2 there was a choice of silver or white, there less silver ones coming so I was REALLY happy to get one, I now prefer the utilty / “race car base” white, it is the pre preparation colour.

I also have a white 7RS and everything about it is PRE preparation “base for rally car”, it does have alloys but the brakes and seats are comical

I usually choose black for almost any car but don’t really get black EVOs or Integrales

I had a black Quattro, that was good!

I really like the grey 9MRs, white 9MR even more though

I drove a yellow 8 or 9 once, I didn’t get that at all!
I love porsche riviera blue blue, and bmw leguna seca blue!
Thats why i bought mitsubishi evo 6 in reims blue. something different from scotia white and satellite silver.

I like black Evos more than any other. Sorry it isn't a 6.

Looks stunning in black! I was originally looking for evo 6 or 8mr?
I feel for the play station generation wanting to buy evos, subarus and skylines as the prices are going nuts?
Reminds me of E30 m3, 911 and Integrale prices 10 Years ago?

Looks GREAT with those wheels, you must be very happy!

My first EVO 6 was T224 UHU, yours must must have come in the same batch via Rotterdam as mine, I think mine had a little rubber sticker say number 57
Thanks, slowly getting it back too stock. yes they must have been on the same boat!
I think uhu reg numbers were ralliart imports? this is number 13 according to mitsubishi pdi sheet.

Yes they were!

We had to go on a day trip to Rotterdam to drive the cars around a compound as part of the importation process, then they were shipped to the UK!

These cars were imported by Ralliart UK in Dudley, it was an INCREDIBLY exciting time, the owner of Ralliart UK became a very close friend of mine, he now has this for sale, which has blown my mind

That must have been a dream job!
How many evo 6 were imported though Ralliart? it would be great to ID the Ralliart imports?
