Just become proud owner of a 1999 honda s2000. Had it for 2 weeks before some old bag ran into the back of it, thats been fixed.
On top of that it conked out on me a couple of weeks ago and has been in the honda garage since, apparently it was recalled for faulty spark plugs and the garage that sorted it put the wrong ones in. one of which has overheated and dropped into the engine. knackering the cylinder head and one of the pistons. Its being sorted by hondfa but does anyone know if i can get anything out of the garage that buggered it up. as you can probably imagine i'm a tad peeved!
ps think i might just be venting spleen here.

thanks for the advice, have now registered with s2ki.
my car is still in the garage, got it back on monday, only for the malfunction light to come on almost immediately, now its having a new cat, o2 sensor and middle and rear exhaust sections aswell as the original block and pistons. should have it back middle of next week.
I am currently writing a letter to honda customer services they have been useless over the phone, oh and i'm driving a honda stream as a loan car. don't know whether to laugh or cry anymore!
at least it will have lots of new bits

The guy that had it before me had extended the warranty so theres still a few months left to run on it, but i agree they should give me at least another years engine warranty. Should get it back in a few days so not going to argue about the loan car now. anyway "suv's" have their benefits, cupholders for example !
