320d m sport concerns

Hi,
Im looking to buy a 320d m sport,around the 2006 age,
And have reaad and heard that,if the car is mainly driven around town the Dpf will soon give some grief,i would say 80% of my travelling is around town and do the odd 60 mile round trip at least once a month,
Should i reconsider?

Thanks i really want a 320d,after getting a diesel after my petrol cars i can never look back as the money they save me on just one trip is worth it for me,is the swirl flap easy to do?
What are you all getting mpg and how much are tax on these?
I hear that pre 57 plate models have different bhp and emission figures?

whats the tax on these cost?
also if i bought a car without bi Xeons could i install a pair from another car easy enough?
