2008 (58) BMW 520d M Sport

I am going looking at one of these today as my new company hack.

I've got a couple of questions:

- Real world MPG? I commute 100 miles a day so I would like to get 50+ on the motorway at 70mph. Is this possible? Book figures say 60mpg.

- Sat Nav worth having? The only option this car has missing by the looks of it is the Sat Nav. I prefer using a standalone TomTom normally anyway.

- Run Flats - should they be ditched?

- I am only 24, will I look like an old man?

Cheers. Do you happen to know how you can tell if its a facelift one or not?

The one I saw today was registered Sept 08 but it just didn't look like a facelift one? It did also say 136 emissions in log book, this is the ed engine I presume?
