BMW E30 needs work!

Hi everyone, my first ever post on PH so please don't shout if I've got something wrong!

Recently bought a BMW E30 convertible, mint body but mechanics and roof need attention. I'm based in the midlands but willing to travel, can anyone suggest a good one stop shop to fix things like, new springs, electrics, new roof, intrior, over heating, steering play, minor bodywork and other mechanical issues a 29 year old car would have?

Black and the body is indeed perfect. Just had it on a ramp and even the guys a Autobhan were shocked.

Gonna be a stunner when it's done.
