im expecting to have to replace mine during my ownership so when i do, whats bells and whistles vs de minimis?

i expect things like valve stem seals, spark plug seals, de-coke, would not be essential, whereas thermostat assembly would be sensible as would rocker cover gasket (neither replaced so far)

things like exhaust and inlet manifold gaskets not required typically?
