BMW 320 d swirlflaps

Hi got a 2005 BMW 320d done about 143000 miles on the clock and when we start it up it seems like it is missing really bad and no throttle then after a couple of minutes its ok but the employee light comes on and we read codes and came up with p3263 .p1378. and p0402 and one was egr valve and also swirl flaps .cleaned egr valve and seemed a bit better but still not right could it be swirl flaps and if I was to buy blanking kit does it have to be mapped out thank

Hi it is my mates car and cleaned egr valve and said it was a bit better but when he cleaned it he said he could not push rod in Middletown this knackered or doesn't it move thanks

Hi sorry not been on but been busy my mates BMW 320 d on 2005 plate and as in previous stuff it is still playing up when you first start up it feels like its misfiring bad and no throttle and after a while it will be ok put code reader on and came up with codes p4212, p 1278, p 0402 ,and p3263 could it be swirlflaps as he has changed egr valve thanks

Hi thanks for replies the mileage 143000 miles or there abouts has been serviced regulary so what people are saying could be glow plugs and maf
