BMW 2007 E90 2.5 Is Exclamation Mark next to gear display

Hello all,
I have just bought this car and am getting this exclamation mark up next to the gear display as you can see. Can anyone shed light on this? What is it? Can it be sorted easily?!
I notice there is a lack of power as in acceleration and it’s got quite a lag when throttling the pedal quickly. It’s automatic so I realise being an older car it might have a little lag but it does seem to be more than it should. If anyone could give us a bit of advice that would be great.

No nothing on display just that. Doesn’t seem to have an error displayed at all but can defintely feel it

Thanks all for the replies. Followed the instructions went into check control pressed BC and the display changed to a lightbulb. Held BC in for 3/4 seconds and the codes CC-ID 134 and CC-ID 136 Showed. Yes it all does seem very vague. I have read up that these codes are light bulbs on their way out. Or could be an electrical fault as someone has replaced all bulbs cleaned and cleared the computer and the ! still wouldn’t go so I read. I looked around the whole car last night with all lights on and every one of them seem ok. Maybe just a electrical/computer thing
