Allianz Warranty (old Mondial)

I had a fully comprehensive warranty with zero excess covering both Mondial and AWP I think. What I did find however, was that warranties are dependent on dealerships and your relationship with them.
I had an awful experience with Sytner Oldbury and their refusal to undertake work that was covered under warranty.Querying this with bmw uk led to a u-turn.
I never returned and continued to have a fantastic experience with Rybrook Warwick.
In my experience, they are still the best warranties to have.
Thanks. I’m not following exactly. Mondial were no good but Rybrook were good. Never heard of Rybrook. They appear to be a Bmw dealer. Are you saying, buy the policy from bmw and get better looked after?I had an awful experience with Sytner Oldbury and their refusal to undertake work that was covered under warranty.Querying this with bmw uk led to a u-turn.

Mondial Assistance were bought by Allianz 15 odd years ago and rebranded to Allianz Partners in 2012. They are the same business and have been providing the Extended and approved used car warranty for BMW for many years.
From my experience, they stand by their word and pay genuine claims. The relationship with the BMW dealer doesn't come into it.
