Bumper scratched, need help

Hi as seen in the pictures, someone scratched my car in a Sainsbury's parking lot, I'm looking for a cheap easy way to repair this, I was thinking about Halfords colour coded pen, any ideas?

I haven't, what product would you suggest?

I don't think its deep scratches and it might just buff off.
