Started a thread to discuss and compare lease deals for the M135i and 128ti mainly from Arnold Clark (currently at least).

What have you gone for, delivery updates, questions etc.....

My deal;
M135i, mineral grey, Plus pack (w/ 557m), Berlin interior trim option, 8k pa, 3+35, £342.74pm (inc service pack as all their quotes include).
4 month lead time.

Initial contact for a quote was David.Harrison@arnoldclark.com

My Cupra is due back 9th August ish and ALD won’t extend (apparently).

Hope those timescales are very pessimistic.

In the configurator if you go to the bottom and select all optional extras and then you can pick ‘Deletion of exterior design elements’.

Whats the plus pack? I cant see it on the configurator.

Has anyone had a quote for a M135i, metallic paint, tech and pro pack, 10k 3+35 ? I've been quoted 387.99, 412.04 with servicing and tyres.
Seen Pro pack also mentioned but it's the same thing. Basically 19" alloys (552m or 557m), Sun Protection Glass and Harmon Kardon.

Someone had a quote on the main lease thread on pro and tech, 8k miles though, think it was circa £366 on 3+35.

Portal?

I have had finance agreed by yesterday lunchtime and I am waiting on the Hire Agreement via email to sign.

I think once order form and hire agreement signed I received a link to register for a arnold Clark vehicle management portal...which I obsessively check for updates.
Ah sorry, I had the Autocentre email from David earlier today and have registered. I don’t have an order number though, assume that will be on the hire agreement I am waiting for....

Got my Hire Agreement form through but they've cocked up;

Address is wrong (house number and spelling of street name).
Not sure where it would state 19" alloy choice with Pro Pack and trim choice as it's not mentioned.
Says 'Full Maintenance with tyre services' - my quote was servicing only apparently....might shoot myself in the foot here!
Summary at the end of the document states 'Customer Maintained' - the quote I have got is for servicing included?

I'm still waiting for my hire agreement to come through. However, my friend has ordered the same car and his hire agreement came through and had a section for accessories which state the optional extras he has added. On his portal it states his order is due in 24th of May!
On mine is says pro pack in the vehicle make and model with only mineral grey in the accessories area.

I guess if you keep it a normal spec maybe they already have cars ordered and on the way hence get it quicker. Totally new orders might be required if you spec some odd option combinations and hence could well take longer.

Mine was missing sun protection glass and also questioned something about maintenance and the wording. Both addressed within a few minutes and a new doc sent out very quickly.
Yes to be fair they have sorted it quickly, BMW service package included. She said the default wheel on the pack is 557m so they dont tend to add anything else (but she has done now for clarity) and said she would add the Berlin interior trim option (it defaults to Boston on the BMW configurator)which has also been done.

Signed and done.....29th March estimated delivery though, don't want it that early! May at a push, June would be better.

29th March! Wow such a difference vs my July date...not that I am in a rush but it’s a big difference to your date!
Well it was 29th March, now it's changed to 24th May which is better for me (if it's accurate).

Can I ask what folk have been quoted for the service package?

I was quoted £12 PCM which is £436 over the 3 years.

I phoned BM today and its £300 frown
I couldn't get a quote without the service pack, however full package including tyres was £25 more.

On the BMW website it comes up as £20/month?
Yes i'v seen £20pm mentioned on babybmw.net as well and the service prices quoted as follows;

First service - £296.86
Second service - £492.20

Mine is £11.21pm for services only, no tyres. Worth it? Maybe, maybe not, i've also read of the first service being more like £350-400 from the Facebook group so I'm past caring for a handful of £ really.

Jesus. What do they do for that? Oil, filter, plugs and a night of coke and hookers?
I think the brake fluid is also done.

Are those prices based on mileage or time I.e first at 20k second at 40k? As a potential high mileage driver would my third be the ‘cheap’ service.
I don't know what the 3rd service entails, maybe the same as the first as you say as they do tend to go minor-major-minor etc.

Hi there, just had a look on the Arnold Clarke website and can’t find that deal, are these PCH or PCP?

My brother just ordered the Golf 8 R, 3+23 10k per annum is 440 with HK audio.

The BMW deal seems a lot better and he wanted the BMW first but couldn’t find any deals!
PCH

I phoned Douglas Park and they quoted me £300. The parts guy I was speaking to was tring to give me the sales pitch about another package so it could be the £20pcm.
Was this a 3yr service pack? Seems impossibly cheap to me compared to what 2 paid services would cost.

Haha that does sounds more realistic. So the two stages I can see so far are
1. Await validation
2. Order submitted

Nothing else for me so far, despite a few nudges to Arnold Clark.
Yep that’s the same as mine, will update when/if it changes.

Not sure, as per the post above I was accepted for finance around dinnertime today - at what point is your order secured? Presumably not until the order for the car is completed and signed?
I guess once the finance is agreed and the hire agreement is subsequently signed off. Mine took around 24 hours for each.

The thing with leases (and being a regular on the PH leasing thread even when i dont need one, i've seen it from others) you need to move fast if a deal crops up as you dont know when it will get pulled, go up in price etc. The old 'you snooze, you lose' is very apt in a lot of cases. I hope they are just working through a backlog, fingers crossed.
