Bigger mill? Ye the pipes on it are loud but soon be replaces with a nice set of vance and Hines pipes for a better cosmetic look

The larger engine.

I have only ridden the vast HDs (Electras, Road Kings etc) and must say I really enjoy them. That said, I like all bikes!

The Iron's are OK.

After the V&H's, it just needs a side mount license plate holder, bobbed rear fender and snorkel lamp, shorter rear shocks, big head lamp, solo seat and a set of Hollywoods...... job done biggrin
So far shopping list starts with a new exhausts the matt black vance and Hines pipes, different air intake yet to fully decide which one, foward mounted foot controls and possible ape hanger bars

Regarding Apehangers, well they can work with the Bobber stylee

But I'd prefer to do this

That second photo is a sexy bike what kind of spec is it? Plus are those standard wheels with just bigger tyres ?

I went out on my first proper ride on the bike today, about 140 miles round trip in total. I even got caught in a proper rain storm but due to the comfiest of riding positions the rain made no difference to the ride.

One question though for others with bikes with loud pipes, even with a full face helmet and ear plugs is it normall to have a head ache after a long ride? Im pitting it down to just getting used to the noise but was curious about other peoples experiences

Well I have bought the 883 already. I went out and had a fantastic ride on it today a good 150+ miles, the only thing stopping me going further was a cold wind chill and a numb ass ha
