Ive booked 3 weeks bike road trip across USA next month, and then the Cannonball bike run in June to IOM then NC500, plus the usual weekend stuff. So many thousands of bike miles to ride over the next couple of months smile
Good work, was thinking of doing USA in a couple of years!

Another TT-er here. Then a France trip in August/Sept by which time the Supersport S should be nicely run in.
Let us know how you get on with the new bike?

I same, last year was right by the seafront but mates were literally by the bridge at Ramsey. We did a hotel they did the house share

Needless to say after seeing the price difference were doing the house thing this year too
We've done home stay a couple of times, can highly recommend, easily beats going to a hotel

Just for a change our little group Is riding into Eastern Europe this year. We're all meeting in Hanover then onto Berlin for a few days. Then it's into Poland and from there we're going to wing it. Can't wait.
That's a bit of a change to the norm! Always fancied going over to Poland etc, next year we may go down to Croatia

Wheels and Waves in Biarritz in June.
Riding to Geneva at the end of August, meeting some mates and riding down towards the med on the route Napoleon and some "balcony roads". R1 is just the bike for the job,

I've done a few of those roads, some a scary as the oncoming traffic literally give you bugger all road space, amazing places though, gorge du dalius is amazing, just of route napolean near castellane, we're down there in june

Do I need my passport? Any special inoculations I need? And finally can I drink the water?

Provisional route.

Pencilling in 3 weeks but we're both pretty flexible so might take longer.
Food going, looks like a great route! Have a great time
