Fast Road Work

What does it mean to you?

I can't think of a single definition for this phrase that doesn't mark anybody that uses it as a wker, yet it seems to be used often, even on here.

To be fair I know a fair few bike coppers, uniform, unmarked and surveillance and none of them claim to be particularly special. Even the guys that seem to have no rules don't reckon to be fast.
