Took the armour out of my Hein Gericke goretex kit to give it a wash, and discovered both elbow pads have got pretty big cracks in them.

Any suggestions on replacement armour?

The Knoxx Flexform look to be the closest to the shape current ones, but a bit longer (27cm vs 25 cm), however currently my knee and elbow pads are the same and I think there's a bit more space in the knee pockets, so I could swap them over if need be.

These Forcefields are the same size my current ones, but is that design less flexible?

The ones Hein Gericke now do seem to be a completely different shape.

I'd rather stick with armour in the pockets, that way I can wear what I want underneath and just bung the jacket on top, easier for commuting or touring.

Is that honeycomb Forcefield stuff I linked above what you describe as Soft? My current stuff is like a heavy rubber material, but I've also got some Knoxx Crossguards I wear under my draggin's which are a hard plastic shell with soft padding behind. I was assuming I'd go for something similar to my current jacket armour rather than stuff like the Crossguards.

I see Infinity list several varieties on their website too, including that Forcefield Honeycomb stuff, I'll have to try and drop in the shop for a look one evening.

Looks like several manufacturers make armour using D3o material, Sportsbikeshop is showing D3o elbow armour made by Rukka, Richa and Icon.

The Richa ones look closest to the shape of my current stuff, but no measurements

Bugger, Infinity have loads on their website but don't actually stock any of it in store. Going to have to track down some measurements online.
