Is this ban on petrol and diesel cars going to spread to bikes as well?

I cannot see it happening in 20 years to be honest, but has anybody seen anything about other vehicles. I am assuming things like lorries etc are still going to be using diesel by this point!

12.50 daily polution charge for entering London on bikes older than 2007...the government will not be happy until it takes ALL your money
Hence those of us 'clever' enough dumped our pre July 2007 bikes way before they became useless and devalued and costly by this. My previous bike a March 2006 Registered Honda Blackbird, Traded last year for my 2011 Speed Triple!
When does this come into force? My 2014 commuter broke down a few weeks back and I had to ride in my 2005 track bike for 3 days. Did not get any fines or anything?

I work in London. But live 120 miles away smile

Could never live here, but will work anywhere that pays the most in my field.

Holy st... I live about 20 miles away from work and hate the commute. So assuming an average of 40-50mph I'd guesstimate that'd take 6 hours a day return. You must be planning on retiring very early on that mahoosive pay packet for it to make sense. Or you only work one day a week. In that case I'm mildly jealous.
3 days a week in the office - 2 days at home.
120 miles door to door is dispatched in 2 hours or less. 7am-9am and 5:30pm-7:30pm

Quite like working in the city, everything is here. I have a contact here which will see me in a room for £30 a night (AirBnB Regular) as well if i fancy staying here for a few drinks.
