Al begun was with ugly Raptor with bent rear frame due to a crash

Next step was adapting a Aprilia RSV swingarm

Preparing of chasis for paint and modifying rear frame

The idea with this bike have been to make a fun and cheap V2 bike to play at my favourite mountain roads where I live (Gran Canaria).
Garages painting came next..

I swapped the oem rear damper for a R1 unit, as the oem unit wasn’t adjustable.
The R1 unit showed up to be to hard making the bike bumping around, making the the bike totally going every where except where I wanted...

Later on I found a used Öhlins from a RSV and wow what a change!
Now I had a perfect bike for my favourite playground, Short, nervous but under control!!

I had so much fun that I blow a crankshaft bearing.......

So it was time for rebuilding changing crankshaft, piston rods and pistons, as this bike has same a fine base as the Suzuki TLR I went for this option as they come with forged rods and pistons, they also had some more compression as the pistons is higher.
So I rebuild the engine with used parts from eBay and new piston rings and completa engine gasket set.
