Help sought - what Scooter?

Now go gentle please. My knowledge of bikes extends to f and all.

If you haven't seen, I've bought a big ass truck which I'm converting to an expedition truck. The truck is big, so sometimes you need alternative transport to get about locally, or in emergencies support you getting back to civilisation. It's normally carried on the back of the truck but whilst the truck is quite big - it's not big enough to carry a quad bike which would be my preferred choice.

I've no bike licence, no experience at riding bikes so I'm looking at a scooter. A sit on, twist and go. However, here's the rub. The vehicle is capable, and will be going, to some places with no tarmac. Therefore a bike that can access dirt roads would be helpful, but not essential. Finally imagine Donkey Kong in Mario Kart - that's me. So a tiny thing isn't going to cut it either.

Towing is out as well. Too complicated in border crossings.

Not restricted to weight (other than a Harley would probably require some over engineering). I do appreciate the advice, and thanks but I'm trying to go simple/easy.

Ooh, I rather like that Suzuki.
