MT09/Z900.. other?

Currently have a 2020 ZX10R road bike but I am not enjoying riding it at all on the road. Probably picked up another 3 points today at indicated 80 which isn't much above tick over. (I had one a couple months ago for 79 in a 70)

Previous bikes ZZR1400, Hayabusa Gen.2, ZX10R Gen. 3.

Thinking about a total change of bike. Any thoughts on Z900 or MT09? Or something else?

What are modern adventure bikes like? Jumping off a sports bike.

I have occassionally riden a 2019 Versys 1000 but although nice enough to ride I'm not taken on the looks.

Decided to take a look at the Suzuki 1050XT. Love the classic DR Big looks. Local dealer has a couple in stock and a demo which I'm going to try and get out on.

Cheers, I took the Suzuki out and really enjoyed it. I'm going to try Africa Twin as well, ran out of time today and possibly the Multistrada 950. All from same dealer.
