Advanced Motorcycling - like RoSPA, IAM, etc.

Anyone know if there are any organisations that do ride outs and give you advice, like the IAM do with cars?

It's not the insurance discount i'm after, i'd just like to know if there are simple things i can change in my normal riding which would make me a better rider on the road (don't do knee down anymore).

Thanks for all the responses, i'll need to do some research i think. Unfortunately i am away this weekend, otherwise Wokingham is about 4 miles from my front door!
