Wasn't he on the same tyres as everybody around him?

It makes me chuckle when you hear Bradley talking to his mechanics. He imitates the Mechanics Spanish English (Springlish?)
nope.

So what??

The best rider should have the best equipment.....They do in all other classes
do you not understand, its a control tyre, it should be developed for EVERYBODY, not just one rider.

As Spies is going so much better than Rossi it looks as though they are on each others bike. It looks a sensible thing to do, see if Spies is the man to replace him but would Yamaha really do that, would Rossi do that?
politics.

rossi wants yam to cancel his contract after the final gp and not end of the year.

yamaha will no doubt want rossi to tow the company line for that.

BST or CEST?
@tobymoody: 16.03 GMT is YAMAHA announcement time. 30 mins later is DUCATI announcement so far as I understand

@tobymoody: Just been summoned to Ducati in an hour and a half. Big boss De Torchio will talk. He's the CEO and President.
