Throttle Pots

OK, I’ve read loads of threads about poor running, low power and dodgy Idling. I have had my Lambda sensors and Stepper Motor replaced and after an ECU reset it now seems to tick over and run better, however I still have flat spot.

All the threads seem to point to the Throttle Pots. I’ve already spent loads on the car this month and was wondering if replacing the Throttle Pots it a job I could attempt.

1. Where are they
2. How do I replace them?
3. Do they require any setup?

Guess It goes to a garage then. Anyone know someone in maidenhead I can use? I use my car every day and work in maidenhead, so it would be easier If I could drop it somewhere and walk to work.
