Fitted the starter motor, made the connections and the the terminal snapped off, an inspection shows it has been partially broken for some time

So is it possible to replace the solenoid or is it a new motor?, if new motor does anyone have any recommendations?, my old one was always quite slow at cranking

Fair enough, i will buy a new one, i will take a look at the WOSP, are they good?, i have looked on the internet and there is a wide price range of parts to replace this with, just wondered what others had already done and could comment on.

£65 for a new one, it turns over twice as fast as the old one and starts much faster hot or cold, great improvement
