Door mirrors.

Got a loose door mirror. Got the glass out and the back off. The brackets all look ok, but it looks like there is a boss fixed to the door and a grub screw that holds the mirror on this boss. Looks to me like that is loose.

My question is how on earth are you supposed to get to it to remove the mirror or tighten it?!!!!. I've shortened an allen key, but I still can't get on it because of the recess in the door and the blooming rubber cover thing IYSWIM.

Yes thanks, that does help. Just tried turning that boss though, and it doesn't want to move. Tried a screwdriver and light hammering. Not tried too hard because I'm scared of busting the door. Is there a tool for it?
