Heater pipe relocation engine bay

Has anyone relocated the heater pipes that run across the drives side rocker cover?
Currently have the inlet manifold off etc for a cam change and wondered about any jobs that are beneficial to do while its all apart.

I was thinking there might be enough space under the inlet to run a pair of copper pipes with some elbows etc and stick to the existing water connections, im guessing 15 mm with some olives should work as the existing size is about 16 mm ID.

Maybe the chromed 15mm pipe would be suitable with some of these
