Want to put longer Seat runner bolts in

May be simple answer but..

how can i get the bolt at the front out,as it desnt go far enough to drop out

One at the rear is ok

^^^^^ As above, Push the runner as far forward as you can then tap the runner with a hammer to make sure its at the end. With all the nuts off, you can tilt the bolt just far enough to be able to knock it out.

Just plant a 19 stone backside on it and it won’t budge!!
