Just wondered what the experience might be of removing carpet glue, having got rid of the carpet and most of the backing foam. Of course its questionable whether its worth it, it seems that sand paper would be safest. I am worried about using glue remover in case it interferes with the fibreglass resin....... I'd like to have it smooth and thought about painting some of it. I had a big moth infestation.....

Also the bolts holding on the folding alloy roof stays - one has a seized nut and is turning in the socket with the nut. Is it just a carpet in the boot out job to get a spanner on the other end? I can't get it to fit from inside the cabin through the vent hole....

Cheers

I have taken some photos but I might just sand the rear and paint it dark blue matt and have a parcel shelf mat. I don't like all that glue and I didn't like the moths, they got everywhere...
