Chimaera 400 exhaust wanted
Discussion
Hi, I am after an exhaust for my 1995 Chimaera. I want to experiment with various options ie sleeved, partial sleeve etc over winter and would prefer to use another exhaust as opposed to practicing on the one I have. If anyone has one in any state (and it can already be altered or original) let me know. The biggest drawback in these is their length and I would have to possibly factor in courier costs. Has anyone used a courier before for one of these and if so who and what prices and I looking at? I live in Norfolk so the closer the better so I can collect. Thanks in advance

We have a couple spare inc. one with cherry bombs and you're welcome to listen to a few different set ups over a cup of coffee.
That’s worthy of a date in the TVR CALENDARCoffee and TVR sound testing occasion, listen before you buy,,, that’s proper service that is.
Having had numerous occasions of fitting exhausts on axle stands trying different permutations out I can confirm that would be a very worthwhile day out as you only wanna do this once
Fair play guys
Hi Amore, apologies but new to this site, but I see you have some spare. Where abouts are you and how much are you looking for them. In relation to FB I am one of the 49% who have never even visited the site (I hate computers) so cannot access it to make contact with them but I see it is collection only, and I live far too far away to make it cost effective.
[quote=ianwayne]It still surprises me that FB is used to advertise stuff when almost half their potential customers won't even see it. (51% of population use FB apparently)
Everybody who can access the internet can see classifieds on here and ebay often have £1 selling fee weekends.
It’s the first place I look for selling and buying eBay is getting silly with charges
FB is free and there are a lot of different groups to look and advertise in

There's no fees to buy of course, and I'm listing stuff this weekend with £1 max selling fees. It's the paypal fee that p****s me off. 3.4%, and you HAVE to offer it, apart from selling vehicles thankfully where cash still is an option.FB is free and there are a lot of different groups to look and advertise in
FB may be free, but unless you join it and give them all that lovely data, you can't even view items. Anybody with internet access can browse the PH classifieds, ebay, gumtree, Classic & Sportscars etc.

I am still looking for one if anyone has one. Anything over 150mile round trip away, then seller must be prepared to use courier, thanks

Maybe it is because I am a new member but uncertain why you can't email me. Also I don't get notifications when someone has added to this thread so I just presumed no one had replied so apologies if I am a little late in replying.
Anyway still looking for an exhaust. Ideally I am not looking for a really good one (unless it's cheap) as the one on my car is fine. I am looking for one which I can practice on to get the right exhaust noise, or one that has already been sleeved/part sleeved.
