Any cat experts out there...?

So tempted to ask for pussy experts but just knew the type of response I’d get.
Anyone know enough about cats to advise on an after turbo cat to make MOT standard.
Is it possible to have a high flow CAT in the exhaust system after the y piece and before the back box?

im wondering if a 200 cell wll fit in the bend before it gets to the oil sump and iff a 200 cell will be enough?
