Clonking and bonking...

Ok, just had the common-or-garden top wishbone bushes done and although that has improved the steering immeasurably, I still get a load of thumping and bumping from it's nether regions on uneven roads that other Tivs I've driven didn't seem to. The car has just had a full schedule service by an indie I trust who assure me there's nothing amiss, but why the noise then? Do they really "all do that sir..."?

I do drive the car hard and use some pretty rough lanes round here so it's not impossible there's wear and tear coming into play (sorry )...ideas for most likely candidates?
