Central locking and alarm

I have recently had problems with a Foxguard which have been sorted by resetting the alarm with one exception which is the central locking does n ot engage/disengage via the remote fob.

The geen button on top of the central door release knob works fine.

I have also checked for rubber discs on the door switches (which incidentally is not a problem as the green button works). The solenoids of course are also working fine via the green button. Have also checked fuses which are all ok.

I think it is one of the following:

1. Reset alarm again
2. Something wrong with cl relay. Does any one know where the cl relay is and how I can check it?
