Steering Wheel won't come off !!!!

Okay, I need some help please!
I have just got my new boss for my momo steering wheel but the other one just won't come off, I have undone the centre bolt and it won't budge, Is there any other bits or bolts that I should be aware of?
If not, has anyone got any tips on how to get the ******* thing off?

Thanks, its past that!!!!
I have been clouting the ******* thing for the last half hour, with a proper hammer!!!!!!

Whats a three legged puller, is it what it sounds like?
Also where can you get them from?
