Labrador in a Jag XKR?
Discussion
I've looked into something similar and found the fake coupes fit the bill (those with hatches and rear folding seats)
Porsche panamera
Audi a7
And if your lotto numbers come up the Ferrari FF
In the case of the XkR - if the rear seats folded down I would say yes - for medium to short journeys, if no folding seats then perhaps too cramped and enclosed

I can't find a Photo of Kato, our Cockapoo, in the back of the XK8, but here he is in the Porsche 968 - which is a bit smaller in the back than the XK, which is positively palacial in comparison, so a Lab should have no issue
He wears a harness attached to the seatbelt, although in this shot he seems to have the seatbelt around him as well!
and he used to travel in the back of the 944T a lot:

I appreciate this is an old post, however I specifically googled the question when I was considering an XK. I decided to buy one regardless of the boot as I don't do long journeys so figured she's a dog, she'll be fine! I was going from a Nissan X-Trail with an enormous boot to a an XK with something smaller..... The XK is perfect for dogs. Remove the parcel shelf and the spare wheel shelf and you have a really deep boot that dogs the size of Labrador fit it really well. Better than the X-Trail as the dogs don't slide around when you corner.

Before owners of XK convertibles try stuffing labradors into their boots, note he's talking about the coupe...!a8hex said:

I'm not sure I'd get anything bigger than a stick insect in the boot of my convertible. Gassing Station | Jaguar | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
