I just phoned for an update.
Dan is apparently in hospital.
The lady I spoke to said all the documents were now done and they were starting to send them out.
I confirmed my email and she said she would get it out to me.
Fingers crossed !
I also notice an event on my credit history with Lex Autolease.

Oh dear!! Hospital! Hope the stress of working ridiculous hours didn't induce anything.

He said he was really busy when I phoned initially.

Thanks for the update
It may have been the stress.
She said he had a heart attack 5 years ago.
He may want to rethink his career !

I haven't driven one.
I've just been looking for something around that budget that wasn't too thirsty but wasn't a budget type car either.

It'll do for 2 years smile

Yep. No options.
I only opted for gloss black interior trim. And badge delete on the rear. Both no cost.
It's already quite well equipped.

Does anyone know what will be on V5 forms?

Who is listed as registered owner and registered keeper?

Cheers
In the documents it says they keep the reg doc (clause 3e )
And on the delivery sheet it says it's to be registered to Jaguar contract hire c/o Lex autolease.

I guess the next thing we'll all want is our order numbers so we can start tracking their progress.

They did offer me an order number, but said it was useless to me as there is no way to track it online. Apparently we just wait, and they'll be back in touch when the car is ready.

I've got a lease car to return, so will follow up closer to the time to work out the logistics. I'm hoping I can return it before the service is due!
I found this. So I thought maybe we could track our order. But just realised it's just for their shop.... doh !

Did any one see there's a fine of £300 if they're not serviced. That might be cheaper than a jaguar service any way and worth the fine!
I saw that and thought the same thing.
Although in 30k miles mine will only need one service.

All quiet on the western front !!
Yeah it is.
I sent my docs back Monday.
No response from them. I then mailed next day asking them to confirm receipt. Still no response.
I guess they'll call soon enough if they didn't get them. Going to be a long wait.
Can't see how these people that have to wait 6 months cope
