I've had issues with condensation and damp in the rear of my 2014 F-type all winter. I asked the Jag dealer to take a look - and they found the rear of the roof is debonding - and hence leaking water into the boot space.

The extended warranty apparently does not cover this.

Jaguar Customer Service say this is an issue they have never seen before - and conclude that the cause must be from damage to the roof by a previous owner. However, the Jag dealer service department say there is no evidence of any damage. Regardless, Jag Customer Service will not fund or contribute to the repair.

So I'm now stuck, as neither the dealer, nor Jag customer service will take any ownership - and I'm left with a potential repair bill of £2500.

Any advice on how best to escalate this issue?

Also, anyone seen this debonding issue before?

Cheers, Ian
