Someone mentioned some weeks back about the prices being asked for the X350 XJR and whether they are being achieved by the Sellers , I suspect if you are a Dealer then you simply bide your time . Take this car above for example , surely there must be a Buyer somewhere for such a definitive example as this ? 60 years of age and just retiring , what better way to avoid the dreaded Garden Centre with the wife than start a love affair with Jaguars finest ?

Probably because most 60 year olds are of the opinion that a 16 year old car with 60,000 miles is buying a whole lot of emerging problems.

That's the kind of car that even I, a 41 year old, thinks you should be able to buy for £6-7,000, not £19,000.
I have to say I disagree with you . Firstly there is little conventional reasoning behind the purchase of a classic car , it could be purchased because someones father perhaps owned a similar model or maybe you have worked all your life and have always lusted after such a vehicle . Take the current boom in RS Fords for example , some early ones are over 50 years old and its hard to believe a potential buyer worries about emerging problems, most simply do their research the best they can and get on with it .
Value I suppose we could argue all day long .

I did see the one you mention Chris and at one point assumed it was a misprint but now think probably not . They are surprisingly rare in X358 form , have you been pleased with yours ?

It looks well on the Callisto"s Chris , a favourite wheel of mine and look surprisingly good too on the X350 . The Parking Sensors as you know are pretty infamous when it comes to failing , jet washers are amongst the biggest contributory factors . I am happy to bet you can no doubt drive for days without seeing another . Outside of Car gatherings I cant remember the last time I saw one on the road , the X350 XJR itself pretty rare is more commonplace . Craig will hopefully be along to give us the Production Figures , if not I will have a look and report back when I get home .

This one appears to have been listed on 8th June and has then been sold despite all the pitfalls of being an import, this business must be making serious cash with such quick sales and a price of £19,950.
This car was in stock way before the 8th of June so maybe not as quick a turnaround as it appears .There is also of course no guarantee that this was the ultimate sale price though I imagine it wouldn't have been far off . Undoubtedly in my humble opinion the best Jaguar Import Stock in the whole of the Country ( are there many pitfalls) ? I havent read of any complaints though it took me months to find someone who had actually bought one . I met him at a set of traffic lights in Milton Keynes , mentioned it on here and he turned up the next day delighted with his purchase . The power of Social Media .
