Used S Type R - what to watch out for

I've wanted an S Tye R for ages and used ones are now coming into my price range. I'm picking up a July 02 model with 21k miles on Saturday

It's black and fully loaded with just about everything!
I'm buying from a Jag main dealer and getting extended warranty so I reckon there shouldn't really be anything amiss but would appreciate any advice on anything in particular to watch out for.
