MK5 Golf GT Sport 140 - any advice?

Hi all,
Been looking at a late 2008 MK5 Golf TDI GT Sport (140bhp) as a daily driver.
Its a late model, full heated leather with parking sensors, 70k on the clock - Full service history, clutch recently changed along with cam belt and full service.
Is around 7k a good price for one of these? Anything to look out for? Was considering one of these over the 170 version due to the DPF in the later, a quick remap could sort out any lack of power issues.
Any help appreciated!
