High mileage Golf GTI

hi guys new to the forum i hope you can help i spotted this rather nice red golf gti diesel on auto trader and the website link is below the mileage is 141000 is that a lot? its 2007 and automatic does anyone have experience with high mileage automatic gearboxes? as i dont want to buy it and fork out god knows how much on a new gearbox

thanks for the reply ignore what the advert says i rang them up and they told me it should be diesel im more concerned about the gearbox rather than the mileage truth be told.
