Seems my variable service light is on again frown this time an oil change for my A5. Audi want £205.00 for an oil service. Dealership based in North London, but for me it just seems really excessive.. If I went to an indy, would they be able to log the service in the Audi database? or would I have to rely on a little stamp.. They would have to use genuine parts etc...

Appreciate dealers do offer goodwill, my car is still within warranty for next 6 months, but feels like the price is a bit OTT..

Anyone have their Audi serviced via Indy while still in warranty?

Not sure why the dealer would do you a goodwill service??
Simple - buy a service pack
Sorry, I mean if you get your car serviced by a main dealer, more likely to get goodwill from Audi, if anything goes wrong outside of warranty, as opposed to going Indy..

Not looking to keep the car for longer than a year.. So might be 6 months or so outside warranty..

Any views on whether an Indy can access the Audi database to record servicing?
