A4 TFSi B8 '09(manual) - squeaking on forward gears???

looking at possible purchase and AA report mentioned squeaking when going into forward gears 1,3,5.
Said could be Bushes need replacing?
Is this an engine/box out job?

Should I walk away???

B8 manual shifters do that, S4 I'm driving exactly the same.

It isn't a fault as such (and could probably be improved greatly with a squirt of white grease).

The AA/RAC roadside reports often make a big deal of things that really aren't.
