Hi just bought Audi S1, thinking about maybe remapping it with Revo, I’ve seen some concerns as to how the clutch/gearbox copes with the substantial extra power. Anyone any experience with remapped S1?

I used to have an S1. My advice would be to use APR rather than Revo.

Thanks, any particular reason for APR rather than Revo?

Congrats, great little cars, loving ours.. What spec do you have? I have not mapped mine, as still under Audi warranty, however I hear that clutches is purely pot luck whether they last, most upgrade to Sachs Organic clutches.. The S1 owners club on Facebook seem to like Revo..

I was lucky enough to get the spec that I wanted, Bose, super sports seats, sun roof; internal and external Quattro packs, in a great colour, sepang blue. It’s out of warranty but Audi will give me an extended warranty for around £500.00.
I was looking at boxster s, but really wanted in the end to get back to 4 wheel drive.

Sounds like a great spec.. 3 door or 5 door?

Took mine recently to Caffeine and Machine, as they have great twisty roads on route..

Not much point in taking the warranty out if you're going to tune it.

Someone I know that has an independant Audi/VW garage has stopped using Revo in favour of APR, and told me that APR is far superior. I've had both on 2 different cars and the APR feels way better.

Just wondering if anyone can advise the best cleaning agent to clean the multi media screen in my Audi S1. Tried just cloth and water, that leaves streaks; I don’t want to use anything that might damage the screen.
