I had a tonneau cover made earlier this year. There were a few teething problems but in the end the makers south West Auto Trimming got it about right. With the good summer we just had it was a real bonus to be able to just park, zip up and leave the car in the car park. The brief was to avoid drilling any holes in the original car and they achieved this with some ingenious designs. The cover is fixed to the car in 3 ways: Glued to a frame that takes the place of the standard hood frame; inserts which slide down the window frame, next to the glass; studs fixed through the demist vents. The car can be returned to the normal hood/roof with no trace of the tonneau left behind. If you want some pics or video clips, let me know and I will be pleased to send them. Alan.

Hello Pete. Well, I don't know if the methods are mine to assign. They may belong to the installer. I don't mind what you do with my pictures.

Hello Doc Toad. You certainly can use the cover with the passenger side zipped up (can also unzip the passenger side and zip up the driver's side but can't see a purpose for that!). I will try to add a picture here.
